I was referred to Vivian's office a few years ago after my tax situation got more complicated. Vivian met with me to go over my situation and advised me on what I needed to do, which was pay the taxes before I got fined! I mistakenly thought I had quite some time to pay those taxes. Vivian has been handling my taxes ever since. Her team gets my taxes done in a timely manner. Whenever I have any questions, Vivian would answer my questions and explain things clearly to me. I've been going to Vivian to file my personal taxes two years in a row now and she has been very professional and helpful. I was nervous to do my own taxes after my tax situation got more complicated with a house purchase and filing jointly with my wife but she expertly handled all my questions and saved me much more money than if I did the standard deductions. This is our first year working with Vivian and her team at HCCPA. Their value of service is competitive and excellent. When we first approached her to request business tax filing services, we did not have an organized balance sheet and a reconciliation report to start with. However, she patiently walked us though the DOs and DONTs and explained every step of the way in great detail. After Vivian and her team finished sorting through our business transactions, we discovered another big problem regarding business type, which could cause huge trouble for us, as business owners. However, she responded immediately to our issue and offered a few options for us to consider (both pros and cons). With her proper guidance, the issue was resolved and we were pleased with the outcome. Vivian is a great CPA and an advisor who actually listens to clients needs and promptly responds to any arise issues during the service.
